All of the feelings inside, they found their escape into the rain tat began to fall
Sweet bliss it was for them to meet this way, in the whirlwind of their lives
Both waiting for a defining moment, with so much to give
Neither conceding ground for fear of rejection
Being let down one more time along life's path
The rain covered the earth and their hearts as they stared into each other's eyes
At this the dreamer smiled and called her to him
Arms wrapped over her shoulders, be began to reassure her
Urged her to cease her endless fighting and follow him
Would she forge this new path with him.......
